Challenges

  • One of the biggest challenges in this project is the short timeline. The project had to be finished before the tenants could move in.
  • Another challenge of this project was using the existing staircase. We had clad and finish the existing staircase with new materials and finishes while making sure they met code.

Standout Features of the Project

  • One of the features of this project is the new LVT throughout. Finished in a light white oak colour, this flooring adds a modern touch to this home reno. The stair nosing was refinished as well to match the colour.
  • Another feature is the newly finished bathrooms. Featuring a marble tile and light tones it makes the space modern and bright.
