Challenges

  • Plumbing was a major challenge in this project as it was pre constructed slabs, and we had to run all our lines through.
  • Setting up the plumbing and electrical especially for dental was a bit difficult as well again due to the fact it was pre-construction slabs.

Standout Features of the Project

  • The feature walls including the custom millwork partitions are a great feature of the space. They add visual interest while also serving a function in the space as well. They help provide a bit of privacy, but don’t necessarily completely close off the space.
  • The custom millwork is a great feature of the space. Everything is custom designed and built to serve a function in the dental office.
  • Lastly, being a dental clinic that uses x-ray’s a functional feature of the space is having LEAD lined walls and millwork to block any harmful rays from the Xray machine while it’s in use.
