Challenges

  • This project didn’t really have any challenges as it was a new build. We did extensive planning and prepping so that challenges were caught before hand and building went smoothly.

  • The home has an elevator connecting all floors.
  • The home features a heated driveway which in our country is very useful during the wintertime.
  • Custom framed kitchen with a large island.
  • The kitchen has cabinetry with custom metal inlays and featuring metal design on hood. Each cabinet in the kitchen has metal edging to prolong the life of the drawers.
  • Plaster mouldings throughout home on walls and ceilings.
  • Ceiling features with custom moulding designs featuring led strip lighting and custom lighting.
  • Control 4 throughout the home for automation control of lighting, sound, video, security, blinds, heating, and cooling.
  • The kitchen has the pot filler located on the countertop as to not obstruct the stone. This provides a seamless stone finish backsplash while the space functions to the meet the client’s needs.
  • The hallway features custom plaster wall panelling with reveals. Each opening has a stone finished portal to provide a seamless modern look.
  • The slab flooring in the entry is a beautiful feature. While providing a border and book matching all the veins, the floor has a cohesive and seamless look.
  • The staircase is a gorgeous addition to the home featuring a modern railing with a custom design.
